Associate Attorney

Attorney Cassandra Noel was born and raised in South Louisiana and moved to The Woodlands, TX during high school.  Cassandra attended The Woodlands College Park High School and graduated from Spring High School in Spring ISD in 2008.  After graduating from high school, she returned back to Louisiana to attend Louisiana State University (LSU) where she graduated with a degree in AgBusiness-Finance and a double minor in Business Administration and Communication Studies.  Prior to graduation, she secured a position working for Louisiana’s oldest bankruptcy firm to get legal experience prior to attending law school.   Ms. Noel attended LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center (LSU Law), where she became the Vice President of the Tax Law Society, Site Coordinator for LSU Law Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Center (VITA), Louisiana Rule XX Attorney for Juvenile Defense Clinic, and Legal Research Assistant to one of her law professors.

After graduation Ms. Noel made her way back to Spring, TX. Since being back in Texas, Ms. Noel has worked for Codilis and Moody PC as a bankruptcy representative and more recently as a family law attorney for the Montgomery County Women’s Center and the Parchman Law Group, PLLC.  She has handled and assisted in numerous family law and bankruptcy cases with successful outcomes.
